About us
Our company was established in 1995 as Nahapet & Co. Ltd, when first Armenian patent attorneys were registered. In 2025 due to rebranding we changed our name to Nahapetyan & Partners. Already 30 years our company protects interests of our foreign and local clients, provides advisory and consultancy services in the IP sphere, assists in obtaining patents for inventions and industrial designs, certificates for trademarks, assists in registration of domain names and protection of other IP objects as well as represents the client’s interests before the Board of Appeal of the Intellectual Property Office of the Rebublic of Armenia, State Commission on Competition Protection and the Courts.
